In December 2021, Henge, my creative growth marketing agency, was born. At the time, I didn’t have all the answers or even a clear plan, but I took the leap anyway.
I knew my strengths lived in the marketing and sales arena, and opportunity came knocking when I was sub-contracted for marketing at a 9-figure commercial real estate firm.
Three months later, I had delivered so much impact they offered me a full-time role. Something told me I would create more value and more freedom by staying independent and building a team. The client wanted to invest heavily in advertising, and this was during peak ZIRP era, a time I genuinely miss 🥲 . I pitched them on full-scale agency services, and they signed a $15,000+ monthly retainer. From there, history began writing itself.
We began with paid media management across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other major channels. Over time, we expanded into creative strategy and production, evolving into a full-service growth partner that delivers end-to-end performance marketing solutions: from website development to customer acquisition, retention, customer engagement, and more.
